IQC: Incoming Quality Control
Driver, Housings, Aluminium, Cables and other raw materials will be randomly sampled and tested before start production.
IPQC: InPut Process Quality Control
Each order there is IPQC supervise the whole production process and for some special products or orders product engineer will supervise too.
FQC: Final Quality Control
All the products will be under aging test 100%. Including electrical performance test, photometric parameter test, and colour parameter test.
OQC: Outgoing Quality Control
100% inspection for end products, including appearance, function test, reliability test with strict high quality standards.
